Each location contains selected users, substances and procedures. This window can be reached by either adding a name to the box at the bottom of the Location Overview screen or by going to the > menu item and adding a new location. The location itself is defined by the following parameters.
Location Short Name: the shortened or abbreviated name of a location
Location Long Name: a more detailed explanation of the location
Emergency Phone Number: a contact telephone number to reach the selected location
This window will also allow you to see additional information about what chemicals, procedures and users are at the selected location. This information is available by clicking on the Substance or the Procedure tab in the Edit Locations window.
