Any employee related files that should be included with the Incident report should be uploaded here. These might include photos of the injury, copies of doctor recommendations, or additional scanned documents. These files can be also viewed from this window or from the File Browser window which is accessible under the > menu item. Information on the master file browser can be found in the section called “File Browser”.
